Serving in the Church
As Christians, we are called to serve one another with willing hearts, using the gifts God has given us to build up His church. Stepping up to help isn't just about filling a role—it's an opportunity to show Christ’s love in action, strengthen our church family, and be faithful stewards of the talents God has entrusted to us.
When each person is willing to serve, no matter how big or small the task, the whole body of Christ grows stronger. Serving together reflects the humility of Jesus, who came not to be served, but to serve (Mark 10: 45a). By stepping forward with a joyful heart, we
honour God, and encourage others in their walk of faith.
1 Peter 4: 10 teaches that every individual has received unique gifts from God. It instructs believers to humbly use these spiritual talents and abilities to serve one another as faithful managers (or stewards) of God’s diverse grace.
Go, go out and serve the Lord!
