Dear Church Family
Nathan and I have just returned from a blessed and happy couple of weeks in the Philippines, where we joined my mother and extended family to celebrate her milestone birthday. It was a wonderful time of reunion, full of joy, laughter, food, and the blessing of reconnecting with many loved ones.
Nathan especially enjoyed spending time with his cousins and playing at the beach, while I was grateful for the opportunity to share God’s Word during Mum’s birthday celebration and to preach at her local church on Sunday, 31st August. We were also blessed with safe travels and good weather throughout our trip – thank you so much for your prayers.
It is good to be back home again, reunited with Guan and Angela, and back on deck at St Christopher’s. I look forward to seeing you all at church this Sunday as we gather for our regular worship services.
